Support

Please check our user support section included in your Account Management console. This module includes fast solutions to many common issues that you can easily and quickly fix yourself. If you can’t find the solution in the Support module here’s what we will need to help you.

  • To protect your personal information and security you must contact Support with the email address used to set up your account and include your account password
  • Include what Internet browser you are using e.g. Internet Explorer and version i.e. Internet Explorer 8
  • Give us the name and version of your email you use e.g. Outlook 2003 or Gmail
  • Provide a brief description of the problem

Premium Subscribers: Our Premium subscription members receive priority Support responses. Depending on the workload, we try our best to respond to critical issues within 24 hours during normal business work days.

Enterprise Pro Subscribers: Your organization has appointed an internal Program Administrator to manage all aspects of your account. If you are experiencing any problems or have questions, please contact that individual. For security purposes, MCC is unable to respond to any Enterprise Pro individual user.

Free Card Subscribers: Support is offered via email only. Free card members can expect 24-72 hour response times during normal business work days.

Email/Operating System Problems: Sorry but MCC does not provide support for email, browser or operating system issues. Our support is limited to the functions of our email signatures and widgets only.
